ALL ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

At Henriquetta Jewelry, we offer a 30-day exchange policy, but it's important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This means that if you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning the item to us. To ensure that your exchange is accepted, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a proof of purchase or receipt is required, and no exceptions will be made to this policy. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us at henriquettajewelry@gmail.com. Please be aware that returns of unauthorized items will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom made items cannot be returned, unless there's a size issue. In this case, the item is resized and shipped without any extra cost.
  • Items bought using gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

DAMAGES DUE TO USE
